We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for orders that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging, box and dust bag.
- Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
The following exceptions should be noted:
- Items discounted 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.
Please allow 14–21 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Online orders can also be returned or exchanged at our flagship Los Angeles store located at 7975 Melrose Avenue; however, please note that such returns are subject to the same guidelines listed above.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to facilitate the process. To request this label, please send an email to email@example.com. With the use of this label, each returned order is subject to a handling and processing fee of $15.00, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as The Office of Angela Scott is not responsible for items lost in transit.
If you would like to exchange your order, please request a return for store credit and use that credit to place a new order for the item you would like.
For in-store purchases, you may exchange in-store within 14 days of purchase.
